Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on orders over $50; orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Diffusers are dispatched directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse; delivery takes 7–12 business days with tracking from dispatch. Customs and import handling are included in the price; you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Fragrance oils (one-time orders) ship in under 14 days. They ship separately from diffusers, so an order with both may arrive as two packages with two tracking numbers.

Prepaid Scent Plans and the monthly subscription: plan bottles ship on the 1st of every month and are usually delivered within the first week of the month. A plan ordered during a month starts with the delivery on the 1st of the following month. The 12-month plan's free Scent Sampler ships with the first bottle.

Holiday Gift Set: the diffuser and Scent Sampler ship like any order above. The gift code is emailed to the buyer within 1 business day; the recipient's plan bottles ship on the 1st after they redeem it.

Late or missing orders. If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days, we refund it in full automatically. Tracking is emailed when a label is created.
