What is a cold-air diffuser and why is it better than my water diffuser?

Ultrasonic (water) diffusers mix a few drops of oil into water and vibrate it into a mist, so the scent is weak, humid and only reaches a few feet. A cold-air diffuser atomises pure fragrance oil into a dry micro-mist with no water and no heat. The scent is stronger, cleaner and fills a whole floor. It is the technology hotels and spas use.

How big a space does it cover?

Up to about 1,500 sq ft: plenty for an open-plan living room and kitchen or a two-bedroom apartment. Put it near a hallway or a return-air vent for the widest spread.

Is it loud?

No. Around 40 dB at the highest setting, about the hum of a refrigerator.

How long does a bottle of oil last?

About 4 weeks at a medium setting running 6 hours a day. Run it all day at full strength and a 60 mL bottle lasts 1–2 weeks.

Is it safe around kids and pets?

The mist is dry and leaves no residue, and the unit has no hot surfaces or open water. Keep the oil bottle itself out of reach, as with any fragrance. If you have birds or very small animals, keep the unit in a different room on a low setting.

Can I use other brands' oils?

Yes. Any oil made for cold-air, nebulising or HVAC scent machines works. Do not use ultrasonic (water-based) blends or carrier-oil mixes; they clog the atomiser.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

No. It pairs over Bluetooth to the free app for scheduling and strength, and keeps running on the last schedule you set.

Ordering, shipping and returns

What does shipping cost?

Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $4.99.

How long does delivery take?

Diffusers arrive in 7–12 business days, tracked. One-time oil orders ship in under 14 days. Plan bottles ship on the 1st of every month and usually arrive within the first week.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If it hasn't been delivered within 30 days, we refund your order in full automatically.

What if I don't love it?

You have 60 days to change your mind. Email us and we refund the full product price. No restocking fee.

What if it breaks?

Every diffuser has a 12-month warranty. Email a short video of the fault and we ship a replacement.

How do the scent plans work?

Choose monthly ($54.99 a bottle, first bottle free, cancel anytime) or prepay 6 or 12 months ($44.99 or $39.99 a bottle, one payment, no renewals). The 12-month plan is the best value and comes with a free Scent Sampler: all four scents in 10 mL vials in your first box. Plan bottles ship on the 1st of every month and usually arrive by the 8th. A plan ordered this month starts with next month's delivery. Want a different scent? Email us before the 1st.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. The Holiday Gift Set ($499.99) is the diffuser, the Scent Sampler and a one-time gift code for a 12-month plan. We email you a printable gift card with the code; they try the sampler, pick a scent and redeem the code on our redeem page.
