Refund policy

Brass Key is a brand of GMKCorporation LLC.

60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your diffuser for any reason, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price. There is no restocking fee. Unopened fragrance oils are covered by the same 60 days; opened oils cannot be returned, but tell us if a scent isn't for you and we'll help you choose another.

Order not delivered. If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days, we refund it in full automatically.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item at no cost or refund you in full. No return required.

12-month warranty on every diffuser: if it stops working within 12 months of delivery, send us a short video and we replace it.

Prepaid Scent Plans (6 or 12 months). You can cancel anytime and we refund the bottles that haven't shipped yet at the plan's per-bottle price. If you cancel before your first bottle ships on the 1st, we refund the plan in full.

Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Bottles already shipped aren't refundable once opened.

Holiday Gift Set. Gift codes don't expire and are good for one 12-month plan. An unredeemed gift set is covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee from delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. To request a refund, email kmoore@gmkcorporation.com with your order number.
