Live with it for up to 60 days. If it is not for you, for any reason, email us with your order number and we refund the full product price to your original payment method. No restocking fee.
Fragrance oils: unopened bottles are covered by the same 60 days. Opened bottles cannot be refunded, but if a scent is not for you, tell us and we will help you pick another.
12-month warranty
If your diffuser stops working within 12 months of delivery, we replace it. No forms and no sending it back first: email a short video of the issue and we ship a new unit.
Arrived damaged or wrong?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free, no return needed.
Scent plans
Prepaid 6 or 12 months: cancel anytime and we refund the bottles that haven't shipped at the per-bottle price you paid. Cancel before your first bottle ships on the 1st and we refund the whole plan.
Monthly: cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
